Unlock a new level of physical recovery with the Glow Lady Stainless Steel Gua Sha. Crafted from high-grade, medical-quality stainless steel, this tool is specifically engineered for IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization). Its weighted feel and cool surface allow for deep tissue penetration, helping to break down fascia adhesions and muscle knots across the body. Whether you are targeting a sore back, tight calves, or fatigued arms, this scraper provides the precision needed for effective myofascial release and localized circulation.
The Benefits
Deep Fascia Release: Effectively "scrapes" away stubborn adhesions in the connective tissue to restore fluid movement and flexibility.
Targeted Muscle Recovery: Accelerates the healing process for athletes and active individuals by flushing lactic acid and increasing blood flow.
Durable & Hygienic: Made from non-porous stainless steel that won't chip like stone and is incredibly easy to sanitize after every session.
Full-Body Versatility: Features various anatomical curves designed to fit perfectly against the back, arms, legs, and neck.
Reduced Inflammation: Promotes lymphatic drainage to help decrease swelling and chronic muscle puffiness
How to Use
Hydrate & Lubricate: Apply a generous layer of body oil or balm to the skin. Never use the stainless steel tool on dry skin to avoid irritation.
The Grip: Hold the tool firmly at a 30° to 45° angle
The Stroke: Using long, firm strokes, scrape in the direction of the muscle fibers. For the back, move from the spine outwards; for limbs, move toward the heart.
Pressure Control: Start with light pressure to warm up the tissue, gradually increasing intensity as you feel knots or "crunchy" areas release.
Cleanse: After use, wipe the tool with a disinfectant spray or wash with warm soapy water.
The Glow Lady Expert Tip 💎
For those dealing with heavy, restless legs or "standing fatigue," use the longest curved edge of the tool. Start at the ankle and perform long, upward strokes toward the knee with moderate pressure. This "milking" motion significantly aids venous return and leaves your legs feeling light and revitalized within minutes
